Mission and Vision

The Washington County Core Team is an inter-agency team of local professionals that support the successful transition of high school youth to young adulthood with a specific focus on career opportunities.

Meeting Dates

  • November 18th– VCIL disability etiquette training
  • December 16th– College Compass at CCV Montpelier
  • January 20th– Presentations by My Futures VT and VSAC 
  • February 17th– Presentation by Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired 
  • March 17th– Employer panel
  • April 28th– presentation by Green Mountain Self Advocates 
  • May 19th– Presentation by I-Team (not fully confirmed yet)
