Springfield specific – New Transitional Housing Program – This program is tailored to youth who are 18 years or older and who would like support as they transition into adulthood. The residents at Woolson Block are provided with their own efficiency apartment, with a shared living space and a shared kitchen. Residents at Woolson Block receive support in securing employment and/or pursuing educational goals. They are also eligible to receive supportive case management and/or therapy services in order to meet their self-defined goals. The average length of stay ranges from six months to one year, after which time they are eligible to be placed on the housing list in Springfield. If you would like to learn more about the Woolson Block Program, please contact Matt Schibley at 802 886 4567 x2554.
