This workshop will explain parents’ rights and federal and state guidance to make up for the impact of COVID-19 on whether your student received a Free Appropriate Public Education last year. We will talk about requesting an IEP meeting, understanding how to evaluate progress to know if your child should have “Comp Ed”, what “Comp Ed” is, and how to file an Administrative Complaint if you feel your student needs more to make up for last year.
