Mission and Vision
The Franklin County CORE Transition team works collaboratively supporting the needs of transition age youth, in conjunction with school personnel and local service providers, in understanding post high school service options, education, training and employment options. CORE team members provide outreach to schools, sharing in the dissemination of information and resources relevant to families with VR eligible students.
