John Spinney has worked at the VT Agency of Education for 16 years and he will be coming to us both as a sibling and legal guardian for his two brothers who have Down Syndrome, as well as the VT AOE’s Postsecondary Transition coordinator. John plans to discuss the key items for parents of youth with disabilities to pay attention to in order to foster a positive, meaningful and effective transition to employment, higher education and independent living.
