Adam Poulin, Program Administrator for Children With Special Health Needs with the Vermont Department of Health, provides an overview of Children’s Personal Care Services (CPCS) in Vermont. Participants will learn about how eligibility is determined, what the process is for applying, the mechanics of self-direction, and what information you should have at the ready when completing the application.
