Individualized Education Program (IEP)

The Individualized Education Program (IEP) consists of a written statement for each child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Vermont Special Education Regulations. It includes (a) a description of all special education services, related services, and supplementary aids and services that the child will need to be able to derive benefit from his or her educational program; (b) a description of the special education program; and (c) accommodations and/or modifications necessary for the child to progress in the general education curriculum.
