What sort of changes would folks with disabilities and their families like to see? How could services and supports better meet your needs? How can we help all Vermonters thrive where they live, learn, work, and play? The Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council (VTDDC) and the Vermont Family Network (VFN) invite you to talk about what’s going well in our little state and what could be better. These focus groups are for family caregivers of kids, teens, and adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions. Your ideas and experiences will be used to help VTDDC write its new 5-Year State Plan and influence positive change for everyone. For information on dates and registration links, please click here.
