The intent of pre-ETS services is to improve the transition of students with disabilities from school to postsecondary education or employment. Pre-ETS activities include job exploration counseling\, work-based learning experiences\, counseling on enrollment in post-secondary education programs\, workplace readiness trainings and instruction in self-advocacy.
