In the Driver’s Seat Strategies for Engaging Students with Disabilities in Self Advocacy and Transition Planning

Learn about the In the Driver’s Seat curriculum, which offers a unique approach to transition planning for students with disabilities. Developed several years ago through funding from Voc-Rehab Vermont, this curriculum has been used successfully statewide to help students with disabilities take an active role in their own transition planning as they explore new friendships with others students, find their voice, and express their creativity.
