Vermont Family Network (VFN) provides information and guidance so that families can access appropriate services and supports in school and at home. Family consultants assist you in evaluating your child’s needs, preparing for school meetings and organizing paperwork. Vermont Family Network cooperates with various mental health agencies around the state to link children and youth with the help they need.
