Financial Manager
Nonprofit family support organization is seeking an individual to provide financial management, including preparation of financial reports for federal, state, and foundation grants, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses; maintain all fiscal records and files; ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations; oversee audit and budget planning processes and the day-to-day bookkeeping. Must have excellent communication skills to explain complex financial data and 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience which includes grant fiscal management, preferably in the nonprofit sector; degree in accounting or finance desirable. 10 to 20 hours per week. Grant Specialist

Family Support Consultant -Transition

Do you have experience parenting a young adult with a severe emotional behavioral disorder? Are you interested in helping other parents find support and guidance? VFN is seeking someone to provide transition information to parents/caregivers of young adults ages 16-21 with mental health disorders who are out of school or will soon be graduating. Family Resource Coordinator

Family support organization seeks skilled professional for the Children’s Integrated Services/Early Intervention program in Chittenden County. Will conduct home visits, assist in the development and coordination of early intervention service plans, and communicate with multiple agencies and school districts. Must have experience parenting a child with special needs; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of family-centered care, early childhood development, and community resources for families with young children; and strong communication skills.
