A helpful guide for VERMONT parents & professionals seeking information about the six most common ways that children (living in Vermont) can obtain Medicaid through the following six programs: Dr. Dynasaur, Disabled Children’s Home Care (DCHC)/Katie Beckett, Reach Up, Medically Needy Program (Spend Down), Home and Community Based Services Waiver, and Supplemental Security Income Program (SSI).

Also included is information on the Medicaid Benefits called EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment) with additional information provided on Personal Care Services and Children’s Medicaid Mental Health benefits.
