Milton Family Engagement Event for Parents and Caregivers of Teenage Youth
Get Information – Get Connected

FREE PIZZA WILL BE PROVIDED!!

Join Vermont Family Network (VFN) on Monday, March 21 at the Milton Family Center. VFN will share information and resources that will help parents navigate this often difficult time in teen’s lives. Information about transition age (16 – 21) services will be available for parents including: mental health, education, housing, substance abuse, and employment. This event will focus on helping parents gain information that will build and strengthen relationships with other parents, health care providers, and educators in their community to make the transition to adulthood as smooth as possible.

If you are a parent of a teenage youth and have concerns about your teenager in regards to:

• Depression and anxiety

• Missing too much school

• What happens after high school, college, or work

• Employment

• Housing

• Developing independence
